It’s July! Can you believe it? I certainly can’t. But with a new month comes a new list of books to read!
Now, last month I decided to have a month that explored other genres. (As you know I am a hardcore fantasy book nerd).
I read:
The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle
Aurora Rising
and
One of us is next
So, it was something different and I really found the first 3/4 of the month a slog so, by the end of it, despite One of is next being a great read, I was screaming for some fantasy in my life! So, this month I am diving straight back into what I love!
I’m talking:
Into the Crooked Place Alexander Christo
Strange the Dreamer Laini Taylor
A Court of Thorns and Roses Sarah J. Maas
And maybe a little The Dawn’s Chorus on the side, which admittedly straddles genres but it has clairvoyance and other planes of existence so I am SO down. By Samantha Shannon
