What’s the last book you picked up from your library just because of the cover?

For me that it’s this beauty! Thorn by Intisar Khanani. It’s stunning and the premise is really interesting! I know, I know, don’t judge a book by its cover BUT covers can be a really interesting way of finding books that normally aren’t on your radar. Perhaps in a genre you don’t really read or simply because they are no longer trending and you missed the release hype. Regardless, yes don’t judge a book by its cover, but you can explore new literature through them too. And, the library is the perfect way to indulge this! No financial investment needed, only the tote bags to carry all the books in 🤣.

I can’t wait to read this one and I am SERIOUSLY in love with the cover! It’s even better in person.

On a sudden note, thank you all so much for your support recently! I seem to have ended all my latest posts with this but my health issues as you know are still going on. But I’m want to keep saying to you how much I appreciate you all. Especially as there have been some serious complications with my health and the surgery we thought was going to help hasn’t, so my ability to post is going to be sketchy for an unforeseeable amount of time. Oh and if I don’t get back to you I’m really sorry, this post was written up, and the picture taken, before my surgery and I’ve only just managed to add a little bit post op and will now fall back to sleep. Take care all x
